Although the laser marking machine has a high degree of automation, a large part of it is the mechanical movement of the slider, which is easy to cause wear, so we need to oil and maintain the slider marked by the ultraviolet laser.

First, turn off the power supply of the machine to ensure that the machine is stopped. Second, remove the lens on the slider with a professional removal tool. Be careful when removing the lens, and pay attention to protecting the lens. Then, remove the guide rail to expose the connection between the slider and the guide rail. If the slider is short of oil, you will see that the ball is shiny at this time. When you apply oil, squeeze a little lubricating oil from the needle tube, and add the oil to the gap with a wooden toothpick, When oiling in turn, the sliding block shall be equipped to let the lubricating oil touch each ball as much as possible. After oiling, do not rush to reinstall the equipment. Turn on the power supply of the equipment, enter the commissioning mode, slow down its running speed, and let the movable sliding block run slowly to see whether its running state is good and whether the lubricating oil is in place. After confirmation, reinstall the disassembled guide rail and lens.

The laser marking machine has smaller focus spot and can achieve ultra fine marking. It has unique advantages in the marking of glass products and electronic components.

Good equipment needs better maintenance, so that it can have a longer service life and bring more economic benefits. The same is true for other laser equipment: laser welding machines and laser cutting machines.

 

First of all, before we understand the correct debugging method, we will now popularize and understand the correct definition of focal length.

 

Focal length, also known as focal length, is a measure of light aggregation or divergence in an optical system. It refers to the distance from the lens center to the focus of light aggregation.

 

In the laser marking equipment, after the laser is shaped by the laser, the laser will irradiate the focus field mirror with a parallel beam. Convex lenses are mostly used in conventional laser marking equipment. Convex lenses, after optical refraction, focus the parallel beam to a focal point to form a focal plane. The vertical distance from the optical center of the convex lens to the focal plane is what we call the focal length. We usually use F=to represent its focal length, Most of the focus field mirrors matched with laser equipment will have marks on them, such as F=163, F=254, etc. Focus field mirrors are very important optical accessories in laser marking equipment. As described in the above figure, the parallel light generated by the laser can only be gathered together after being condensed and organized by the focus mirror to exert its decisive power.

 

The common laser marking ultraviolet laser marking machine on the market can be divided into front focusing and back focusing.

 

The first figure is dynamic front focusing, that is, the focusing step is placed before the deflection of the galvanometer, which can form a larger marking format. We will not repeat it here. We will focus on the latter, that is, back focusing, where the laser generates laser and incident on the galvanometer deflection lens. We will cooperate with the control software to form our preset marking pattern path. The galvanometer lens refracts the laser to the focusing lens, and focus the energy to the focal plane to complete the laser carving, From this picture, we can see that the focused laser beam is like a tapered needle, so if the laser energy is sharper, we have to shake the Z-axis of the laser marking machine up and down, and adjust it to the focus plane. But what we can't see from this picture is that when the focused centripetal beam crosses the focus point, due to the characteristics of the laser (good monochromaticity, good coherence, good directivity, and high brightness), The beam will not end or change phase at this point. They will continue to scatter after crossing. Therefore, if the laser focal length plane is too high or too low, the correct focal length plane will be missed. Only on the correct focal length plane, the laser spot is the smallest, the energy is the strongest, and the sound and color are the brightest after the laser reaches the object.
