Optical fiber laser marking machine technology is applied to PVC marking. PVC material is a kind of non crystalline vinyl polymer, which has a good resistance to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids. So at present, products made of this laser marking machine material are used in many occasions, such as electrical enclosures, sewer pipes, industrial accessories, etc. For such a widely used product, it will be a very frequent event to inscribe a mark on its surface.

 

The wavelength of the fiber laser is 1060nm, which can be clearly engraved on the PVC material and shows black color. The fiber laser is considered to be the best laser to replace the semiconductor laser, and its application prospect in PVC material is also the most promising. The fiber laser marking machine can reach 80K because of its frequency and small light spot, which can achieve very high speed with a small light spot galvanometer, The speed of marking pipeline can reach or exceed the effect of CO2 laser.

 

However, the yellow and red color displayed by carbon dioxide laser marking PVC materials is not very popular in many cases, while near-infrared lasers, such as optical fiber laser marking machines and semiconductor laser marking machines, both have wavelengths of about 1060nm, which can mark black. This black color is similar to the black color of ink jet printer, and is the most acceptable color for customers, Therefore, this type of marking is increasingly applied to PVC materials.

 

In case of failure of the laser marking machine, be sure to start the emergency stop switch. In case of fire, cut off the power immediately.

 

1. It is forbidden to start the machine when the power supply voltage at the customer is unstable, or the voltage regulator must be used.

2. The indoor environment will affect the service life of the machine, especially the humid and dusty environment, which is easy to make the reflector.

3. The environment where the machine is located is free of pollution, strong current, strong magnetic interference and influence.

4. It is forbidden to operate the laser at full power for a long time.
